Account & Subscription
To cancel your subscription, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Life Transform and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly — Apple processes all in-app purchase transactions.
Technical Issues
If the app is crashing or a feature isn't working, try closing and reopening the app first. For persistent issues, email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll get it sorted.
Camera & Pose Tracking
Life Transform uses your camera to track your movement in real time. No video is ever recorded or stored — only movement data is processed, entirely on your device. Make sure the app has camera permission enabled in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → Life Transform.
Apple Health
To connect Apple Health, go to your profile in the app and tap Connect Apple Health. If you're not seeing health data, check iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Life Transform and make sure the relevant categories are enabled.
Gym Wars & Leaderboards
Gym Wars points are earned through logged workouts and personal records. If your points aren't updating, make sure you have an internet connection during your session. Leaderboards refresh every few minutes.
Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email support@lifetransform.app with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll process your request within 7 days.
